1. | A minimum of 30 days notice is required for any cancellation request. |
2. | A remaining months or RM500 (whichever higher) will be imposed as termination charges on service termination within contract period as stipulated in the Terms & Conditions accompanying the subscription of the Service(s). |
3. | If your subscription is within contract period , we'll call you to arrange for the retrieval of your Broadband termination Unit (BTU), router and DECT phone ( if any). |
4. | Refunds will be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) via bank transfer. |
5. | Refunds will be processed within 90 days from the final bill date and made payable to the account owner ( if applicable). |
