A minimum of 30 days notice is required for any cancellation request.

A minimum of RM500 will be imposed as termination charges on service termination within contract period as stipulated in the Terms & Conditions accompanying the subscription of the Service(s).

If your subscription is within contract period, we'll call you to arrange for the retrieval of your Broadband Termination Unit (ONU), router and DECT phone.
4.
Refunds will be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) via bank transfer.
5.
Refunds will be processed within 90 days from the final bill date and made payable to the account owner ( if applicable).
